This is in no way before and after, but I actually look like I have lost a little bit of weight. The first picture is from October where I weighed in at 250 lbs. I wasn’t happy with the way my body looked, or the way I looked in clothes so I changed my eating habits. The second picture is 50 lbs later. I am 5’ 4”. 2013 is going to be my year.

well, i’ve been really far off the straight and narrow these last few weeks. quite disappointed with myself really. i mean, i am someone who advocates the point that you cant bitch and whine about something unless you are in the process of changing it. Let’s just say at the moment I’m bitching and whining. i need to get on it and sort this mutha OUT!

Tumblr should create an extra “matchmaker” icon. Where you pick your type of blog/fandom, age range, and general area you live in, and they connect you with other blogs to chat with.
Okay, well work has been really difficult this past week, I ended up working 72 hours last week, and haven’t had a day off since last Monday. Yuck! I’m generally really tired, and haven’t been sticking to the plan.
My problem is that I seem to be so busy that I don’t drink my shakes throughout the day (scary unhealthy I know) and then maybe eat half my salad - which makes me feel sick and then walk past an offie and I’m like ‘asdjkl chocolate!!’…
Not good.
So I have drawn myself a massive weightloss graph for my wall - any excuse to colour in!! And have had all three potions today, and about 2 litres of water. So looks like we’re on the straight and narrow.
Valentines tomorrow = massively huge day at work. So not up for that, and its just reminding me majorly that I broke up with my boyfriend about three weeks ago. I know I can’t be whiney because I broke up with him, but let me give you the breakdown,
Met when we were 11
Sort of friends til we were 14
Good friends at 15
Started going out at 16
We go to separate sixth forms,
I leave sixth form and work as hair dresser,

I see him three times in months and months
I feel guilty for not seeing him all the time
I feel guilty when I speak/get flirty with other guys
I get jealous of all the people that are near him.
Although
When I didn’t think of it in particular…
Everything was normal.
It didn’t bother me.
I didn’t miss him.
And so I figured, that’s not healthy.
So I travelled down to him and broke up with him.
It would’ve been 4 years in may.
It was not easy.
He was really upset.
If we could be in the same town or even the same county it would be fine.
Bt the long distance made us just that.
Distant.
I miss him though.
If its meant to be then it is meant to be, and we’ll find one another again.

MONDAY 14th JAN
Yeah so the thing goes as this, I went to my Cambridge counselor for the first consultation a couple of weeks back, she’s lovely, her name is Marianne and she’s very Scottish. I liked her as soon as I met her, so that’s good. I’ve done all this bit before and if you’ve read all the blogs and reviews and that you know what the diet entails so I’m not gonna bore you with that bit, so here I go , got my first weigh in Booked for next Monday, let’s do this thing!!
Slight drawback… Went out tonight for work drinks, Christmas stuff you know, was set on not drinking much, and then they just looked so tasty! The drinks I mean, so there we go now. That is my alcohol quota done for the next 6 months or so, I am gonna be hanging in the morning! Ah well, I can have a nice tasty tetra brik for my breakfast! Yay!
I’ve been thinking about goals and shit, my goal for so long is to be 125 lbs which works as„… Gets calculator….just under 9 stone, I am 13 stone 12 at the mo, so that is 4 stone and twelve to lose. That is about 68lbs to lose. AWESOME.
MONDAY 21st JAN
I lost 4lbs!! awesome times, and its day one of shark week and i always hold shit loads of water around now. I’m working loads of hours this week and then have got a week off, so am not seeing Marianne until the 4th… doesnt pose well. i might just succumb to the inevitable and take my holiday week as a real holiday week and not cambridge for it.
MONDAY 4th FEB
Yeah i barely cambridged at all this last week, weigh in today.. put on 1lb. not bad at all, i was not sensible, i drank alcohol, which i rarely do and had all sorts of foolish food lik cheeseburgers and chips and creme eggs!
Gonna go home to the flat and eat noodles and prawn crackers and drink fizzy pop and then can get on it tomorrow.
So yeah, I have just started the CAMBRIDGE WEIGHT PLAN. its gonna be AWESOME
